Welcome to YWAM ROOTED here in Harare, the capital city of Zimbabwe…

The whole bible shows us God’s plan to reconcile mankind to Him and spread His glory into all the nations. Therefore, “Missions” is the plan of God’s heart for people from every tribe, tongue, and nation, to know Him and be conformed to His image, declaring His ways amongst all the nations.

Our Task:

To be models of transformation

Our Strategy:

To fill the city of Harare and the nation of Zimbabwe with the knowledge of God

Our passion:

To “Know God, and Make Him Known”.

We have to cooperate with the Holy Spirit who will transform hearts and minds, then families, then cultures – until the Earth is filled with the glory of God.

Habakkuk 2:14

YWAM Rooted is deep-rooted in God.

Meaning that He will be firmly embedded in thought, behaviour, and culture, and so having a persistent influence for His Kingdom!
